Join
us for an afternoon of yoga and deep rest that will rejuvenate you on
every level for the upcoming week. It is two hours just for you, to
focus on you, your health, and yourself.
Class consists of 75 minutes of eclectic, non-denominational
hatha yoga, plus 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra (also called “yogic
sleep” or “psychic sleep”). This is a deeply relaxing and healing practice
that is like guided relaxation.
One session of
Yoga Nidra is equal to approximately three hours of sleep in its ability
to rejuvenate.
Yoga Nidra practice
allows your deepest levels of creativity and healing energies to bubble
up to the surface.
All levels are
welcome in class. Handout provided.
